Steel Meccanica

We work with passion

Steel Meccanica is a dynamic company working in the design and construction of dies for sheet metal cold working, such as bending, drawing, cutting, perforating dies and makes single, progressive, transfer and robotic tools according to customer’s order.

Steel Meccanica works in different product sectors, mainly in the automotive and the household appliance sectors, and it produces dies up to a maximum dimension of 6.000 x 2.500 x 1.300 mm.

The gained experience and the careful organization allow Steel Meccanica to meet the different needs of the customer: design in co-design, construction, testing of dies with the issue of the dimensional report and pre-production series.

A long-lasting collaboration with a network of external companies makes Steel Meccanica also able to supply mass production.

The technical department of Steel Meccanica designs (and simulates) in co-design and in close relationship with the customer from the early stages. Thanks to our experience we are able to satisfy even the most complex needs

In the 3000sqm dedicated to the production area, Steel Meccanica is able to provide 40.000 hours of annual work in-house, and thanks to the network of external collaborations it can also supply mass production
